A Workshop is a themed class and each workshop focuses on a specific topic.

Healthier Breathing workshop - designed to help students understand the mechanics of breathing and how breathing is linked to how we move and feel.

Patient Practice to revive and energise workshop - focuses on Yoga poses and breathing designed to soothe the nervous system, promoting a relaxed yet energised feeling.

Relax and Restore to feel revived and energised workshop - focused on breathing practices and Yoga poses including an introduction to one of the aspects of the psychic body, the Chakras.
