Vinyasa yoga is an incredible practise where you move fluidly through a sequence of poses in harmony with the breath. It’s energising, challenging and fun.
My vinyasa classes begin with balancing breath work which helps find a sense of calm and focus. Soon after, we flow from pose to pose in energising linked sequences. When it’s time to wind down, we melt into deep stretches and cooling postures, and of course, find a final relaxation to ensure all those beautiful yoga benefits sink in.
With a focus on technique, alignment and subtlety of breath my aim is for you to achieve increased flexibility, balance and strength and leave the classes feeling rejuvenated.



My approach
Variations and modifications to poses are offered which means my classes are great for students who are new to yoga, as well as those who want to grow their practice.
Strength and flexibility are not a prerequisite as this will be gained through regular yoga practise.
